Kathrine Mathieu:
My world has always revolved around entrepreneurship, as well as my four children, my greatest “why,” who inspire me to grow and embody a positive example.
After studying interior design and fashion management, I embraced one of life’s most transformative journeys: being a stay-at-home mom. A passion for wellness later led me to create my own essential oils boutique.
Returning to the family business in 2017, I met Florian there. As the owner of Régitex since 2021, I put people’s well-being and development at the heart of everything. That’s also why I didn’t hesitate to join Flo in the Moveina project, which I’ve been developing since 2025 with passion, creativity, vision, and faith.
For me, entrepreneurship goes far beyond running a business; it is a path of inner growth where every challenge brings forth what is most true and vibrant. 🌙
Florian Mathieu:
Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. Curious, driven, and always up for a challenge, I’ve always felt the need to explore, understand, and build. As my mother likes to say, “It’s better to live with failures than with regrets.” So I go for it with both clarity and instinct but I go for it.
My journey has taken me through sports, real estate, events, and textiles, across many countries where I’ve learned to adapt, understand different cultures, and turn challenges into opportunities.
Each experience has sharpened my business sense, discipline, and agility. In every project, I aim to learn, step out of my comfort zone, improve, and help others succeed.
That same energy led me to co-found Moveina with Kathrine a company that reflects who we are: ambitious, agile, and solution-oriented. Today, I find fulfillment in turning ideas into tangible projects and in growing the positive impact around me.

I enjoy contributing to the structure and fluidity of projects while ensuring that every detail is under control. I care deeply about balancing professional excellence with personal well-being. Sports, reading, and time with my family play an essential role in my life and shape my vision of work that is efficient, human, and sustainable. I fully identify with Moveina’s values, where rigor and kindness move forward hand in hand.

My love of textiles started at a very early age with my grandfather taking me to the hosiery mill and walking the floor checking production. To keep me busy in the mornings, he would pay me $0.10/dz to turn seamed tube socks inside out. I would do this until I had enough money to go swimming that day. At a very early age, I understood that having a strong work ethic has proven to be beneficial.
Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to have some of the best textile leaders take me under their wing and teach me the importance of communication and putting people first. Putting people first is an essential principle that can significantly impact various aspects of life, from personal relationships to business practices and community building.
